Joe Beef Steak Sauce brings the Joe Beef restaurant experience home, inspired by one of Canada’s best restaurants (81st worldwide in 2015). This sauce offers a light smoky flavor, caramelizing during cooking to enhance its fruity apple and plum aromas with a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and smoky notes. Made with 25% hand-pitted Quebec prunes, it is handcrafted in small batches in the greater Montreal area, following the restaurant’s recipe. Each bottle is personally approved by chefs Fred Morin and David McMillan, founders of Joe Beef, who created this sauce to reflect their unpretentious yet refined culinary approach. Perfect for premium cuts of beef, veal, or lamb, it’s also excellent brushed on chicken, duck, or pork for a flavorful finish.
