Honey from fall flowers growing in Centretown and Hintonburg. Both neighbourhoods have a large number of individuals and groups focused on Pollinator Protection projects that are creating a connected corridor for inner-city native bees, butterflies and other creatures.
Raw honey is not pasteurized, which ensures the health benefits of honey are not killed off by the heating process.
